Contact Lists enable you to organize your audience into segments for targeted communications, personalized experiences, and efficient campaign management.

Overview

Lists help you:
  • Segment audiences by demographics, behavior, or preferences
  • Target communications to specific groups
  • Personalize experiences based on list membership
  • Track engagement by segment
  • Automate workflows triggered by list changes

Types of Lists

Static Lists

Manually curated lists where contacts are added or removed by administrators or workflows. Best for:
  • VIP customers
  • Beta testers
  • Event attendees
  • Campaign segments

Creating Lists

Step 1: Navigate to Lists

  1. Go to CRM > Lists in the sidebar navigation
  2. Click Create List

Step 2: Configure List Settings

Basic Settings:
  • List Name - Descriptive name (e.g., “Gold Tier Members”)
  • Description - Purpose of the list

Step 3: Add Contacts

  1. Individual Addition:
    • Search for contacts
    • Click Add to List
    • Confirm selection
  2. Bulk Import:
    • Upload CSV with contact emails
    • Map fields
    • Review and confirm
  3. Filter and Add:
    • Apply filters to contacts
    • Select all matching contacts
    • Add to list in bulk

Managing Lists

Viewing List Members

  1. Select a list from CRM > Lists
  2. View member count and details
  3. Scroll through members or search
  4. Export member list if needed

Editing Lists

  • Add/remove individual contacts
  • Bulk add/remove
  • Edit list name/description
